Darling Homes has done it again, presenting Woodforest with another stunning model home, this time in gated Russet Peak.
The recently opened 4,800-square-foot model at 102 Russet Bend Place South showcases Darling’s sophisticated patio home designs with the builder’s signature expansive outdoor spaces and meticulously crafted interiors.
Both a gated courtyard and an extended covered patio provide owners with al fresco entertaining options. The wrap-around patio, in particular, features a cozy living area dominated by an outdoor fireplace. Patio doors throughout the common areas —including the study and sunroom — as well as walls of floor-to-ceiling windows in the family room and breakfast area blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
The sun room is an impressive architectural component opening not to the family room — as with other builders — but to the elegant master suite. The configuration enhances the suite’s seclusion, while offering owners extra space that can be used as a nursery or home office if desired. An optional bonus room also is showcased, equipped as a media room with a wet bar for Friday night entertaining.
The model is just one of seven designs Darling Homes offers in Russet Peak. The one-and-two story homes, priced from the $380,000s, range from 2,500 to 3,400 square feet.
Darling joins Highland Homes in the wooded Russet Peak enclave located near the Forest Island Recreation Center, a 16-acre tennis and aquatics center that is the focal point for fun and relaxation in the upscale community.
Darling is one of 14 builders who have opened 30 model homes in Woodforest, which is ranked among the nation’s 30 top-selling master-planned communities.
