Basketball fans have to wait until March 14 for the Bball festivities, but lovers of home design can rejoice all month long during Woodforest’s March Model Madness.
The South Montgomery County development will have 30 model homes on tour and open daily throughout March. On display will be lavishly decorated townhomes, patio homes and executive homes featuring vignettes of inspiring design and livability. Featured will be Woodforest’s two newest model homes, Southern-styled plans by builders Gracepoint Homes and Wendell Legacy Homes that are making their debut.
Hours for the tour will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5:30 p.m. Sunday. Maps of the models will be available at the Woodforest Homefinder Lodge, 101 Elk Trace Parkway. Homes in Woodforest are priced from the $190,000s to the millions.
